2 oz Strawberry Blossom vodka infusion
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Prosecco
Combine the infused vodka, simple syrup and lemon juice in a mixing glass.
Pour into a champagne flute.
Top with prosecco.
1-1/2 oz Strawberry Basil tequila infusion
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz agave nectar (or simple syrup)
Club soda (if desired)
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a glass with ice.
Top with club soda if desired.
2 oz Spiced Old Fashioned infusion
Orange peel (for garnish)
Add the infused spirit to an old fashioned glass.
Fill the glass with ice (preferably one large cube).
Twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oils.
Garnish with the orange peel.
2 oz Rum Punch infusion
4 oz orange pineapple juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into a glass with ice.
1-1/2 oz Prickly Pear tequila infusion
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz agave nectar (or simple syrup)
Club soda (if desired)

Strain into a glass with ice.

2 oz Mango Pineapple rum infusion
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz dry curacao (or triple sec)
3/4 oz orgeat syrup

Add ice and shake.
Strain into a glass with crushed ice.
2 oz Jalapeno Pineapple tequila infusion
1/2 oz agave nectar (or simple syrup)
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Club soda (if desired)
Chili salt for rim
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Line the rim of a glass with chili salt.
Strain the infusion into the glass with ice.
Top with club soda if desired.
1.5 oz Hibiscus Lavender gin infusion
1.5 oz honey simple syrup*
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled glass.

Mix equal parts honey and warm water.
Stir to combine.
2 oz Blueberry Pineapple rum infusion
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
6 fresh mint leaves
2 oz club soda
Add the mint leaves and simple syrup to the glass.
Muddle to release the flavor of the mint.
Add lime juice and rum and stir well to combine.
Add ice cubes and top with club soda.
2 oz Blood Orange and Fig bourbon infusion
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
4 oz ginger beer
Combine the infused bourbon, simple syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into a glass with ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Stir and serve.
2 oz Apricot and Citrus whiskey infusion
1/2 oz honey simple syrup*
1/2 oz lemon juice
4 mint leaves
Muddle the mint in a cocktail shaker.
Add the infused whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Mix equal parts honey and warm water.
Stir to combine.
