2 oz Apricot and Citrus whiskey infusion
1/2 oz honey simple syrup*
1/2 oz lemon juice
4 mint leaves
Muddle the mint in a cocktail shaker.
Add the infused whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
*Honey Simple Syrup
Mix equal parts honey and warm water.
Stir to combine.
