2 oz Jalapeno Pineapple tequila infusion
1/2 oz agave nectar (or simple syrup)
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Club soda (if desired)
Chili salt for rim
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Line the rim of a glass with chili salt.
Strain the infusion into the glass with ice.
Top with club soda if desired.
