Shipping Method/Processing
We ship using the United States Postal Service. We offer priority mail service and local pick up in the Cypress, TX area.
Shipping Time Estimates
We ship Monday – Friday, 1-3 business days after the order date (but typically the next business day). You will receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships. Please enter your shipping address info carefully, auto-fill is sometimes wrong and we are not responsible for wrong addresses associated with your order.
Please check shipping time estimates with the USPS. Priority Mail shipping typically arrives in 2-4 days however during business times (holidays) shipments can take up to a week longer than usual. If you need your Uncomplicated Lush order sooner please contact us prior to placing your order.
For all third party deliveries, we cannot control in any way your order once it leaves our hands. Please realize that some orders get delayed, some get lost, and on rare occasions get destroyed in shipping, that is an unfortunate reality. We will do all we can to get your order to you however we are very limited in that ability once your order is out of our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates for any order. If your does not arrive after 10 business days from the shipping date, only then can we file an insurance claim for it and start the process for a replacement order.
Where We Deliver
Uncomplicated Lush ships to any domestic address, including but not limited to PO Box/FPO/APO addresses, etc. Available services and shipping costs vary by address as available from the USPS. All local pickup/delivery orders are arranged on a person-to-person basis as needed. Please verify that your order address qualifies for local pickup/delivery prior to placing your order.
Return Policy
We realize people have different taste buds and palettes, which is why we offer a variety of jars. Due to that variety and it being a food product we are unable to accept returns as each jar is a sealed item. We make every effort to inform you of each flavor profile and the included ingredients that we hope you will love and enjoy!
Exchanges
In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged or unusable upon receipt, we will make every effort to get you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
